We’re all excited to leave winter behind and welcome spring entertaining and patio season; what better way to kick off Spring than with refreshing citrus cocktails? Sunkist has partnered with expert Canadian Mixologist (and General Manager of the new Anthony Rose restaurant, Bar Begonia) Oliver Stern to show us how to incorporate trending seasonal citrus varietals into crowd-pleasing cocktails. Here are a couple of Spring Citrus Cocktail Recipes that will be sure to please you and your guests!

¾ ounce Italian aperitif
¾ ounce Italian digestif
Pinch of salt
Dehydrated blood orange wheel
