The Weston Family Learning Centre is a 35,000 sq. ft. facility within the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO)  that provides innovative art education programming to children, families, teachers, students and adults of all ages, both onsite and online.

The facility is equipped with three seminar rooms, a community gallery, a hands-on centre for young children with parents, an educations commons to welcome school groups and host events, a youth centre, 6000 sq. ft. of studio space, an artist-in-residence studio and a staircase leading directly to the AGO’s European galleries.

Fully Wi-Fi enabled, the centre offers integrated learning experiences, including studio and Gallery courses, workshops, lectures, talks and symposia as well as exceptional technological capabilities and spaces for educational and private functions.

Youth can drop-in from Tuesday to Friday every week, Free After 3, which features art activities, ping pong tables, musical projects and free admission to the Gallery for all Ontario high school students.

October 1 & 2
AGO Members’ Open House
Visit the new Dr. Mariano Elia Hands-On Centre, make art and tour the new facilities.

October 1, 7 pm – 7 am
For one sleepless night…Nuit Blanche at the Weston Family Learning Centre.
Enjoy an all-night art event, complete with film screenings, guest DJs — and more.

October 4
Complete Roster of Fall Courses begins. Join us for a fully integrated learning experience, including studio and Gallery courses, workshops, lectures, talks and symposia.

 

General Admission (including HST):
Member – Free, Adult – $19.50, Senior (65) – $16, Student (full time with valid ID) – $11, Youth (6-17) – $11, Child (age 5 and under) – Free, Family Pass (2 adults and up to 5 youths) – $49.

Note: The Centre has a new entrance on Dundas Street West at Beverley.
