Canadian clothing retailer Roots has teamed up with National Film Board of Canada (NFB) to produce a limited-edition collection of hoodies and short and long-sleeved t-shirts. The collection, Roots x NFB, is just one of the many ways that NFB is celebrating its 75th birthday.
Starting on September 10th, the collection will be launched during the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), and will be available in a number of stores across Canada as well as online (for shipping to Canada and the US only). The collection is composed of 8 unique pieces that feature the iconic NFB logo as well as images from the classic NFB animations Canada Vignettes: Log Driver’s Waltz and The Sweater.
All the pieces are made in Canada and the price range for the collection is $44-$98.
