Ingredients
 2 cups (500 mL) low-fat vanilla soymilk
1 cup (250 mL) blackberries
1 cup (250 mL) strawberries
1 cup (250 mL) blueberries
1⁄8  tsp (.625 mL) cinnamon
2 Tbsp (30 mL) + 1 tsp (5 mL) Truvia (or 8 packets Truvía)

Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth. You can use frozen fruit or add 1 cup of ice for a frosty frozen version of this smoothie.
