New Stevia-Based Truvia Baking Blend

What: October is dessert month and Truvia is here to help us indulge with the launch of its brand new Baking Blend.

About: This Blend contains Truvia Calorie-Free Stevia-Based Sweetener and sugar which contains 75% fewer calories than sugar alone, while maintaining sugar-like taste, texture and moistness. It even bakes and browns like recipes made with sugar. Perfect if you are trying to cut down on sugar but still want to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Bonus: A half cup (125ml) of Truvia Baking Blend has 190 calories and provides the same sweetness as one cup (250ml) of sugar, which has approximately 760 calories. Converting existing recipes is simple when substituting for sugar, just use half as much of the Blend to create delicious, reduced-calorie treats. The package features a closeable, easy-to-pour spout.

Where: Available at Walmart, Loblaws, Safeway, Overwaitea/Save On Foods, London Drugs, Sobeys Atlantic, Buy Low & IGA BC for a suggested retail price of $8.99 per 680g bag.
